Jonathan Mason
Upon graduating from Harvard University in 2012, Jonathan joined JP Morgan Chase on Wall st. as a Special Situations Sales & Trading Analyst, where he covered a diverse client package of over 40 Risk/ Arbitrage, Middle Market, and US Cash Accounts, driving $10M in commissions, represented multiple 5M+ share trades + a $100K+ commission derivatives trade, and spearheaded the firm’s pilot career prep program with the Harlem Children Zone, collaborating with JPM and HCZ and Kwame Owusu-Kesse to organize and direct resume workshops, site visits, and Career DayPanels.
The founder of Jentry Search Academy, Mr. Mason is currently teaching individuals to participate in Private Equity by creating an apprenticeship program that trains athletes, MBA graduates, and community private as equity interns.
Leroy Fykes
As a professor of law for seven years at two universities, Mr. Fykes has taught a considerable range of corporate and commercial courses. He has over 33 years of leadership and professional experience including law professorships, private law practice, entrepreneurship and government service. His legal experience covers the uniform commercial code, trusts and estates, elder care, probate, public utility, securities regulations, corporations, bankruptcy and entertainment/sports. As an Assistant Director with the U. S. General Accounting Office, he participated in structuring and developing the audit, investigation and analysis of key governmental projects through the Asset Management Group (reviewing the operations of the Resolution Trust Corporation). Mr. Fykes has a strong scientific, technical and management background. Mr. Fykes now specializes in trusts and estates (probate matters such as wills, guardianships, conservatorships, and decedent estate administration and planning documents such as powers of attorney and living wills), and elder care.
